Alicia is known for natural performance, British comedy and astute casting. She has a body of work that spans commercials, television, short films, and most recently her first feature. Her award-winning work has been recognised by the British Arrows, Young Directors Award + New Creators Showcase in Cannes Lions, and Kinsale Sharks.
She signed with Missing Link Films in 2017 as one of their founding directors. She has been on a rapid trajectory since then, culminating in being named #5 Top Director 2024 by Campaign Magazine. They named her inflight safety film for TUI, Safety: A Global Film, #5 Top Ad of the Year.
She's worked with a long list of talent including Benedict Cumberbatch, Stephen Merchant, Christopher Walken, Sam Neill, Anna Paquin, Richard E. Grant, Naomi Watts, Will Sharpe, Stephen Fry, Lena Dunham, and Dame Joanna Lumley. She has directed TV series "The Outlaws", "Pure", "Flack" and "Sisters". Most recently, she directed an episode and co-executive produced Lena Dunham's Netflix series “Too Much”. Her commercial work includes McDonald’s, Durex, Walkers, Comic Relief, Toyota, Jaguar, Nescafe, Google, McVities, Women’s Aid, AXA, Lindt, Premier Inn, UN Women and TUI. Her first feature film, "CC Emily," is in post-production.
